Hangover

For reals, I could not make it to regular masters team practice on Friday morning.  I did do a morning swim later.

Distance stuff.  Fun in the sun.

I kind of was swimmed out this morning as I bailed out of workout after an hour.

I did do butterfly instead of stroke for the 50s
