PHS

In the pool at 0515 and there are already 10 swimmers. I warmed up with over 600 easy swim.
15 minutes tread water
8x50drill/swim
4x300/im/stroke,free/easy
4x200im/stroke end at 0630
USF Valentine Affair swim meet tomorrow.
